The room was spacious. I stayed in a quadruple room shower. beds were comfortable, a real plus. i made good use of the parking available, it was very convenient.
The pillows were quite flat. We could have used a bit more support.

The hotel has a convenient location near the tube station. It made getting around the city simple. the staff were helpful. I especially appreciated their quick responses to my questions. free parking was also available, a bonus for drivers (saves you money).
the bathroom was quite small, and the shower felt a little cramped.

the staff responded quickly to requests and provided helpful information. they were available at the front desk around the clock and seemed genuinely willing to assist guests . i appreciated their promptness and positive attitude.

the standard double room included a comfortable bed and fresh linens. basic amenities were present, such as a tv with multiple channels and a small desk. the room also had a functional wardrobe and a safe for storing valuables.

the hotel is near a tube station, a great advantage for city exploration. several restaurants and shops are within walking distance. the immediate area around the hotel looked safe and well-lit at night.

The hotel did not offer breakfast on-site, however, they gave a discount voucher. this could be used at a nearby restaurant. this option worked well for me. I could try a local spot.

the staff was friendly and helpful. the location is close to the jubilee line. the free parking provided a great benefit, it was very convenient.
the windows did not close properly. i noticed the room was a bit dated. it could really benefit from an upgrade, the noise from outside was noticeable at night.
